DescriptionThe sky dominates this tonal work. Dark sweeping clouds at the upper left are opened mid-section by a piercing light, which radiates outward. The upper left is a soft sky blue. Closer to the horizon at the bottom mid-section the sky is yellow with smaller more distinct clouds. The bottom landscape is dark brown. Three hills are apparent above the horizon; the middle has a peak, those at the right and left are softly curved.
