DescriptionThe subject tapestry is made from a drawing that was based on the earlier "Tile Project for Gus'. The drawing item #241 is also included in this collection. It was woven in Oaxaca, Mexico by Zapotec weavers c. 1990.Pink thighs are wide spread with a deeper pink vagina visible. A head peeks from above. Her hair is black, lips are red and the upper background is purple. The lower portion of the weaving is black. The weaving subject is on both sides.
