DescriptionAt the bottom the cup is shaped like a bulb with the upper portion narrower. The interior glaze is red. The handle is red with red glaze emanating from the handle. There is a red blob emanating down from the lip of the cup. Five nodes or “warts” protrude from the brown unglazed exterior. These Ken Price geometric cups simultaneously abstract and literal, were some of the first functional/non-functional ceramic objects.
