DescriptionCatusco was a pioneer who helped set the stage for a new way of seeing. This early modernist drawing is composed of swirling, circular, interlocking bands of various lengths and widths. The bands are all drawn in ink by drawing (regularly spaced and in irregular lengths) straight horizontal lines within each band. The effect is lively, provocative.On View
