DescriptionOne of three Death Shrines by Ken Price, the Death Shrines are part of "Happy's Curios," a project developed through most of the 1970's. Death Shrine 1 is enclosed on three sides, a flat black wall in the rear and open slatted wood above. A low turquoise and white picket fence cross the front . The shrine contains six Ken Price cups , one large vase with skeleton head
motif, a ceramic plate, 3 smaller plates and a painting. A small low bench is in front of the fence flanked by 2 vases and plastic flowers.
