DescriptionTwo 5” x 38” horizontal boards are stacked and meet at black wood ends. The upper board is painted and shellacked a deep orange; the lower is a red. They are separated by a ½” space. The boards have diagonal makes: 1” lower and 2” at the upper. This is a colorful, geometric, illusionist construction, for which Davis is known.
