DescriptionThis collage abstraction is part of the Fraction Series created from 1996 to 2000 and consisting of over 10,000 images. The images are made from recycled works. Earlier collages were laminated together under heat and vacuum creating spontaneous images through the chemistry of the components. Collaged square forms are the subjects of this Fraction. The center square has pink at its bottom edge. The upper outer square is also pink. Shades of gray dominate the rest of the image.
