DescriptionAn elliiptical shape is the focal subject of the work. It is precisely cut and assembled as a three dimentional object, elevated from the cast paper. The inner rim of the ellipse is black and the cutout shape is composed of a gestural watercolor image. The colors are from right to left in the ellipse: orange, yellow, green, blush, red, and back to green. These colors are embraced by a black wave or flame image merging from the inner to the outer side of th ellipse. On View
